LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
Legal, privacy & communications
This page explains the terms that govern Silver Tree Studio LLC’s website and services, how we handle personal and client data, how email and SMS communications work, and how privileged administrative access is managed during technology and consulting engagements.
Effective July 14, 2026 · Last updated July 14, 2026
Temporary privileged administrative access
Some engagements require Silver Tree to hold administrator, owner, super-admin, billing, domain, communications, cloud, or integration access on a client’s behalf. We use that access only for authorized work, operational continuity, security, recovery, and support; limit it where practical; and assist with transition or removal when the engagement ends and outstanding obligations are resolved.
01 — Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the Silver Tree Studio LLC website, inquiries, communications, and services not otherwise controlled by a signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work. By using the website or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Silver Tree provides IT consulting, operational systems, workflow architecture, software implementation, automation, integrations, platform configuration, communications systems, security support, and related technical or creative services. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees, recurring services, and responsibilities may be set out in a separate proposal or Statement of Work.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain authorized access and payment methods, cooperate with implementation requirements, and use services lawfully. Third-party software, messaging, cloud, payment, domain, hosting, and usage charges remain your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Services may be suspended for security concerns, unlawful use, or overdue amounts. Either party may end recurring services as stated in the applicable agreement; accrued fees, approved costs, confidentiality, ownership, limitations, and transition obligations survive termination.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. No internet, cloud, automation, security, AI, or third-party system is uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Silver Tree is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid for the affected services during the three months before the claim. Oklahoma law governs these Terms. This page is a business policy draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before reliance or publication.
02 — Privacy Policy
We may collect identifiers and contact details; company and billing information; inquiry, support, and project communications; website and device data; consent and messaging records; account, authentication, and access metadata; and information a client places in systems we configure or manage. We collect information directly from you, from authorized client representatives, automatically through website technologies, and from service providers or integrations you direct us to use.
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and secure services, configure and maintain systems, process payments, communicate about projects, send requested or consented marketing, prevent fraud and misuse, keep operational records, improve our services, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Where we process information inside a client-controlled system, the client generally determines the purpose of processing and Silver Tree acts as a service provider or processor.
We may disclose information to personnel and contractors with a need to know; hosting, cloud, automation, analytics, security, payment, email, SMS, support, and professional-service providers; a client that controls the relevant system; authorities when legally required; or parties to a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information when you direct us to connect or administer a third-party platform.
03 — Administrative Access & Stewardship
Authorized work may require temporary or ongoing owner, administrator, super-admin, billing, domain registrar, DNS, cloud, identity, email, SMS, automation, CRM, website, hosting, device-management, security, API, or integration access. The client represents that it has authority to grant this access and to direct our actions in the affected systems.
We use privileged access only to perform approved work, maintain continuity, troubleshoot, secure systems, recover services, manage integrations, and provide support. We may create service accounts, retain emergency or recovery access, rotate credentials, use multi-factor authentication, and limit permissions where practical. Access may expose us to company data, employee records, customer communications, billing settings, confidential files, and operational activity; we treat that information as confidential and do not intentionally inspect content unrelated to authorized work.
The client remains responsible for approving users, promptly reporting personnel or authority changes, and maintaining an internal record of authorized access. When services end and outstanding obligations are resolved, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer credentials, export client-owned data where technically feasible, remove or reduce our access, and identify dependencies that cannot be transferred. Third-party limitations, account ownership disputes, missing recovery information, or unpaid vendor charges may delay transition.
04 — Email & SMS Terms
If you subscribe, request information, become a client, or otherwise authorize communications, we may send service notices, project updates, security alerts, invoices, educational content, and marketing email. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not prevent transactional or legally required messages related to an active relationship.
By providing a mobile number and affirmatively consenting, you authorize Silver Tree Studio LLC and service providers acting for us to send recurring automated or non-automated text messages, including service, appointment, support, security, account, and marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS marketing and non-essential text messages. Reply HELP for help or contact support@silvertree.studio. We may send a final confirmation after an opt-out. You may need to opt out separately from different programs or sending numbers. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.
05 — Cookies & Analytics
Our website and providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session technologies, and similar tools to operate the site, remember preferences, protect forms and accounts, measure traffic, understand campaign performance, and improve services. These tools may collect IP address, device and browser details, referring pages, approximate location, interactions, and campaign identifiers.
You can limit cookies through browser controls and any consent controls made available on the site. Blocking necessary technologies may affect functionality. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are handled where legally required and technically supported; otherwise, settings may vary by provider.
06 — Data Processing & Security
For client data processed through managed systems, Silver Tree acts on the client’s documented instructions, uses data to provide and secure the services, requires personnel and contractors to protect confidentiality, and assists reasonably with security, access, deletion, export, or regulatory requests. Clients are responsible for lawful collection, notices, consent, user permissions, data accuracy, and instructions provided to us.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, which may include role-based access, multi-factor authentication, credential management, encryption provided by platforms, backups, logging, vendor review, endpoint controls, and incident response. No safeguard eliminates all risk. Clients should not send credentials through insecure channels and should promptly report suspected compromise.
If we confirm unauthorized access to client data under our control, we will notify the affected client without unreasonable delay, provide reasonably available information, take steps to contain and remediate the incident, and cooperate with legally required notifications. Notification is not an admission of fault or liability.
07 — Third Parties & Subprocessors
Services may depend on cloud infrastructure, hosting, identity, domain, payment, automation, CRM, analytics, email, SMS, AI, support, security, storage, and communications providers. We may engage employees, contractors, specialists, consultants, and subprocessors where appropriate. Providers may process data in the United States or other locations under their own terms and security practices.
We select providers based on functionality, availability, security, cost, client direction, and operational fit, but we do not control their outages, pricing, feature changes, policy changes, account restrictions, or data limitations. Clients are responsible for separate licenses and usage charges unless agreed otherwise. A current subprocessor list may be requested from support@silvertree.studio.
08 — Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malware; interfere with systems; send deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or unsolicited communications; misrepresent identity or consent; scrape or harvest data unlawfully; bypass security or usage limits; or process highly sensitive or regulated data without written approval and appropriate safeguards.
We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, restrict access, suspend automations or messaging, remove harmful configurations, and cooperate with clients, providers, carriers, or authorities when reasonably necessary. The client is responsible for its users, campaigns, content, recipient lists, permissions, and compliance with messaging, privacy, employment, consumer-protection, and industry-specific laws.
09 — Rights, Retention & Children
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain operational and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and support backups and recovery. Retention varies by data type, client instruction, contract, platform capability, and law. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove encrypted backups, logs, or records we must retain.
Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; or appeal a decision. We may verify identity and authority before responding. If your information is controlled by one of our clients, direct the request to that client first; we will assist the client as appropriate.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the website. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10 — Contact, Complaints & Policy Changes
We may update this page as services, providers, laws, or practices change. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, account notice, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Questions, privacy requests, accessibility requests, messaging complaints, security reports, and administrative-access concerns may be sent to Silver Tree Studio LLC, 516 W Broadway Ave, Enid, OK 73703; support@silvertree.studio; +1 580 890 2246.
